Jackson Calder

The AFL bloodline runs deep within our Director Paul Gay’s family tree, so it would only be natural for Paul Gay and Foundation Recruitment to be true supporters and sponsors to several local and home football clubs.

Foundation Recruitment have sponsored clubs both here on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, and in Pauls’ childhood town Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, so when the opportunity arose to Sponsor one of Mornington Bulldogs’ gun players Jackson Calder’ who has now moved up to Darwin to play his second season for the NTFL’s St Mary’s Football Club, he jumped at the chance.

In many ways Paul and his company Foundation Recruitment are the perfect fit for Jackson.

Paul has expanded Foundation Recruitment and opened the company’s 3rd office in Darwin, based in Winnellie, NT. Earlier this year, alongside the Sunshine Coast Office and the Brisbane/North lakes office who have been in operation since 2007.

Paul has known Jackson since Jackson was little and would be running around the sidelines of the Mornington Bulldogs field, while Paul himself would be playing in the seniors’ team.

Jackson has certainly been proving himself up in Darwin, kicking 10 goals in his game last weekend against the Tiwi Bombers, which has not been done at the St Mary’s football club since the 2014/2015 season.
