Permanent Contract Administrator/ Customer Service Officer
Having worked in the Residential Industry over the last 16 years, she is a highly self-motivated professional who has exceptional Customer Service/Contract Administration skills and a strong understanding of the Residential Building Industry.
Commenced her employment with her current employer in 2013 as their Customer Service Administrator where she was responsible for liaising with clients from deposit through to handover which included; Council submissions and chasing up council approval, ensuring Sales documentation is satisfactory, complete, and accurate and signed by the client, updating and maintaining Construction workflow report from Supervisors on a weekly basis and facilitating handovers.
She was then promoted to Customer Service Team Leader managing Junior staff as well as above mentioned tasks.
