Accountant / Administration Coordinator to join our high performing team.

The Role
As the Accountant / Administration Coordinator, your role will continue to evolve as the company does, with this in mind the following duties are a guide. This is an opportunity for you to be recognised for your broad skill set and experience and an opportunity where your input and direction will always be highly valued. 

Duties 
  • AP, AR, reconciliations, manage the administration of the company's financial function (Xero).
  • Day to day "back end "administrative and support functions of the business.
  • Manage IT Systems (coordination of our external IT consultants)
  • General Office Administration – 
  • Reporting to the Director and Manager
  • ATO Compliance including BASS Submissions
  • Budget & P&L Reporting to the Director
  • Processing payroll (Xero)
  • External Contractor Payroll Oversight (external back end provider)
Skills
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Previous Proven Experience in Managing Cloud-Based IT Systems and Database Management with CRM Software 
  • Outstanding Communication Skills Written and Verbal
  • Ability to perform in a Fast-Paced High-Pressure Environment
  • Experience with Managing Accounts and Credit Control Ideally in (Xero)
  • Ability to work alone and self motivate as this role will be out of satellite office 
  • Able to demonstrate success and tenure in a similar role
