This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role within a high profile "Boutique", Gym franchise group. For almost ten years now they have been providing a unique environment to the general public as well as professional sports people. This is a rare opportunity to join a small yet cohesive team who oversee the management of this organic “family owned” success story.
 
Located on the North side of the CBD, we require expressions from mature candidates who can demonstrate previous experience in a high paced, detailed and diverse role that required life experience managing people, debt management and administration process.
 
 The role will be diverse; however, it will incorporate daily tasks spread across the week, these will include;
 
Responding to emails seeking further information and subsequently coordinating trials for potential members with Gym franchise owners (no cold calling)
  • Maintenance of membership (CRM) database including a weekly collection of outstanding debts from members
  • Weekly scheduling (not creating) of social media posts from all Gym franchisees 
  • Assistance with general administration tasks across the day to day operation of the gyms.
  • Assistance from time to time with event management
 
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate experience collecting debts from a client/membership base while maintaining a positive relationship with the user /member. Maturity and life experience will hold you in good stead around this task hence our client has made it clear they are seeking mature candidates with extensive life experience as well as those with the ability to apply emotional intelligence in the day to day operations.
 
This is a unique opportunity and one that will provide a long-term job for a committed and highly efficient, hands-on, get things done type of administrator.
 
This is a full-time role with flexibility around hours, ideally, you will be able to embrace (9am-7pm or even a split shift with a break in the middle of the days if this suits).
