We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join this small close knit team and become an integral part of the company’s growth plan. The role will involve developing new business within their investment channels, lead generation, attending client/site visits, verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
KEY SKILLS & CHARACTERISTICS
- You must have a proven consistent track record within the investment industry ideally in a BDM capacity
- Existing relationships with marketing groups and developers
- It is essential that you have the ability to build and sustain relationships with other professionals
- Operate in an ethical and honest manner
- IT/Computer Savvy
- Exceptional people skills with exposure to business to business sales
