Job Description

This is a great career opportunity for a skilled and experienced Contracts Administrator with a strong background in "Residential New Home" construction.

Duties and Responsibilities  - 
  • Liaising with clients from inception through to handover and following up their general enquiries
  • Liaising with external providers such as the Building Designer, Colour Consultant, Brokers, Suppliers and Sub Contractors
  • Liaising with internal team members
  • Submitting council approvals
  • Preparation and presentation of HIA contracts
  • Order soil and survey tests
  • Prepare and manage progression payments for contract projects
  • Prepare and process variation and claim invoices

Key Skills Required 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Contracts Administration role with a Residential Builder
  • Knowledge of the building industry and process including and understanding of construction methodology  
  • You must be able to think on your feet and take initiative 
  • Natural ability to build rapport with key stakeholders, internal and external
  • Professional and approachable manner 
  • Attention to detail
