Job Description

Foundation Recruitment has been requested to source an experienced Contract Administrator to join a long-standing partner 
on an exciting high-end project on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Due to their market share continuing to evolve and expand, they have multiple projects on the books and subsequently are now looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team and help deliver a multi-level apartment project incorporating high-end finishes and a striking design.
This position is located on-site, so close to the beach that you will have to dust the sand off your steel caps at the end of the day.
A long-standing builder across the region, you will be joining a company driven by management with exceptional reputations.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have solid experience (minimum three years) as C.A with a principal contractor in Australia.
 Key Skills Required - 
  • At least three years’ experience in construction, preferably with exposure to multi-level apartment projects
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously 
  • Ideally, experience using Jobpac or similar construction cost control software
  • Highly competent in developing and writing scope of work packages
  • Taking packages to the sub-contract market 
  • Letting Trade packages in conjunction with the Project Manager
  • Assessing progress claims and variations
Delivering projects from $2M to $50M, candidates ideal for this role will be able to demonstrate comparable experience in an “all hands on deck" culture when needed from time to time to ensure all contracting objectives are met.
Typically, applicants will have tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a “Building” related qualification and possess at least 3 years of industry experience.
