Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for -
- Liaising with councils for building approvals
- Actioning RFI’s
- Preparation of HIA contracts
- DA approvals
- Liaising with external stakeholders such as Engineers, Surveyors, Building Certifiers
- Obtain Form 21 and Form 16's
To be successful in this role you will have -
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator role within a volume residential building environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to achieve deadlines
- Resilient personality
