Job Description

This residential builder has established a strong reputation within SEQ due to their broad range of innovative home designs and impeccable customer service and transparency.

In this role you will be responsible for –
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, councils and relevant authorities throughout the progress of the build to identify and discuss any issues, complaints, changes or updates.
  • Manage client folders, contracts and other documentation as required
  • Managing the Customer Service/Administration team
To be successful in this role you will have –
  • This role will suit someone who is resilient and has strong organisation skills, can prioritise, work under pressure and be solutions focused
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role within a volume residential building environment 
  • Previous management experience desired 
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Ability to achieve deadlines 
  • Resilient personality
