Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for –
- Liaising with clients, consultants, councils and relevant authorities throughout the progress of the build to identify and discuss any issues, complaints, changes or updates.
- Manage client folders, contracts and other documentation as required
- Lead the Customer Service/Administration team
- This role will suit someone who is resilient and has strong organisation skills, can prioritise, work under pressure and be solutions focused.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role within a volume residential building environment
- High level of attention to detail
