The Role
- Ensure WHS processes are carried out effectively
- Coordinate and manage safety-related tasks
- Ensure safety documentation is up to date
- Conduct site inspections, pre-starts & toolbox meetings
- Risk identification & assessment, ensuring regulations are met
- Carry out health and safety audits and workplace inspections
- Maintaining the companies IMS
- Contributing to the Tender process
- Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety
- High-rise Experience is essential
- 3+ years of WHS experience in construction - commercial / civil
- Be able to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
- Have a good understanding of current legislation, regulations & building codes
- Be articulate, well presented and a clear communicator
- Be committed to and highly competent with due process requirements across high compliance environments
