Job Description

Our client is a well-known and respected specialist builder who are focused on the design and development of new low rise and terrace homes selling to owner occupiers. Due to organic growth a new role in the Construction team now exists for an experienced Maintenance Scheduler. 

Duties - 
  • Coordinating pre-handover inspections 
  • Monitoring and scheduling all handover defects 
  • Liaising with trades and sub contractors to rectify works within specified time frames
  • Managing defects within maintenance guarantee
  • Liaising with clients and Supervisors 
Experience Required - 
  • Knowledge and experience working in the Construction industry
  • Highly organised and proficient 
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service
  • Microsoft Suite experience
  • Natural resilient and firm characteristics, as you will be working with trades, subcontractors and clients
  • Must have own vehicle and license
