Responsibilities -
- First point of contact for all sales - follow up and address all inquiries
- Marketing and positive brand representation
- Advertising via various mediums such as social media and realestate.com.au
- Meet KPI's
- Assisting clients with initial concepts through to presentation of completed design and taking deposit
- Liaise with internal team members to work towards achieving a common goal
- Provide and maintain a consistent and high level of communication, written and verbal
- Work in a display home environment
- Build and maintain professional relationships with industry contacts
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Building Industry is a must
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in New Home Sales
- Previous experience in building design
- Highly driven and motivated to build a successful career
- Consistent and effective communicator and relationship builder
- Proven IT skills
- Great attention to detail
- Committed to the growth of the company
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
