- Proven, successful background in new homes sales
- Strong sales, negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people from "all walks of life" and follow up
- Drive, motivation and passion for the industry
- True autonomy – working in a stunning, brand new Display Home based on the Sunshine Coast
- Base salary plus super with uncapped commission!
- Reporting to the Sales Team Leader who has an open, relaxed and supportive management style
- Working in a motivated, enthusiastic and friendly team culture
- All the tools provided to do the job
