Due to continued growth, an Office Manager is required to join this progressive Builder Developer and its expanding Team, based in a modern office facility in Frankston.
In this role, you will provide direct support to the Management Team, while progressively developing the back-end systems and processes used throughout the organisation. Key tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Ongoing development on internal policies and procedures
- All-round admin support to the Directors of the Business
- Maintenance and enhancement of office systems and processes
- General HR & Marketing (primarily digital) support
Your strong attention to detail, communication skills, systems focus and advanced IT knowledge will enable you to complete the requirements of the role in a highly effective fashion. Your personal drive and positive work ethic will align with your colleagues, all focused on the continued success of the business.
Relevant tertiary qualifications, digital marketing skills and a knowledge of the Construction Industry will be viewed favourably. The salary package offered will be in line with local market rates and has scope for growth over time.
