Foundation Recruitment has been exclusively engaged to work with an emerging, multifaceted organisation, who deliver construction works across high compliance sectors including mining, defence, aged care and industrial sectors.
Due to their market share continuing to evolve and expand, they have multiple projects on the books and subsequently are now looking for a Project Administrator to join the team.
Based in Mackay, this is a great opportunity to join an emerging principal contractor driven by management with exceptional reputations developed within the Queensland construction sector.
The successful applicant will commence ass siting the Senior PM across projects from $500K to $10M, generally, these will be "high compliance” projects across Central Queensland.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have solid experience (minimum two years) with an Australian builder and have exposure to project delivery activities including, Q.A, Safety and cost control and sub-contractor management.
Key Skills Required -
- At least two year's experience in construction, preferably with exposure to "high compliance" projects
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Ideally, experience using Microsoft Project, and Build Logic but not a pre-requisite
- Strong administration skills across day to day project coordination tasks
