Job Description
Now it's time to challenge this as we slowly and carefully return to some semblance of normality.
Projects that had been shelved are now coming back on line, the hiatus is nearing it's end and asset owners are eager to get right into the thick of things.
We are currently assisting a highly respected, global organisation with its ongoing requirements servicing the Sydney Water framework.
If successful you will be an integral member of a multifaceted team that comprises of clients teams, consultants and contractors in a true Joint Venture approach, delivering innovative solutions.
This isn't your daily churn and burn environment that you will have seen in your career. The delivery model, whilst new here in Australia, is a tried and tested methodology that produces partnered, outcome driven results.
Your background will include a variety of skills within the Potable and Waste Water industry, with a clear focus on planning of projects through to completion, with all the relevant milestones and issue avoidance methodologies being implemented.
This role will challenge the skills you have developed over the last 8-12years, within a consultant or D&C provider, whilst drawing on your Hydraulic Modelling background, through higher level Civil Engineering Solutions, within the water and waste water sector, in addition to client management and contractor engagement.
So the crux of your thoughts on this role will be:
- Am I valued here at ABC Water Team, when all of the projects have gone elsewhere.
- Why did our company miss this great opportunity to part of something new.
- I really want to be challenged in my role and get back to enjoying my work, whilst not being seen as an hourly billable generator.
To answer the first two points, call me to discuss.
Kind Regards.
