The Role
The Resourcer role will provide direct support to Consultants throughout the Team focussed primarily on sourcing high quality candidates from within our established database and the broader market.
Key Criteria 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fast paced telemarketing or sales environment are a must!
  • You will be driven and motivated to reach success and continue to strive for bigger goals
  • Have a history of completing high call volumes and completing associated database management at the required level
  • A positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn / develop professionally
  • You believe in quality practices and maintaining the company’s reputation
  • Experience with CRM’s 
  • You have worked to KPI's with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding them
