We are looking for a person with a proven track record of meeting deadlines, has a keen ability to learn, is efficient and trustworthy with a strong eye for detail and a positive attitude.
Key Skills Required
- Minimum 3 year’s proven experience estimating residential projects is essential
- Long tenure in previous roles is advantageous
- Both sales and production estimating experience
- Must be enthusiastic and motivated to learn and expand on your current experience and skill set
- Great technical ability (IT skills)
- Ability to produce quality work within specified time frames
- Great interpersonal skills to liaise with all key stakeholders
- Experience using Constructor and/or On-site Companion would be desirable however not essential
- You must be seeking a long-term careered role
