- Proven, successful background in new or used car sales is essential
- Strong sales, negotiating and influencing skills
- Ability to close a deal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people from "all walks of life" and follow up
- Drive, motivation and passion for the industry
- An understanding of the local Sunshine Coast market
- True autonomy – working in a stunning, brand new Display Home based in a buzzing new estate
- Base salary plus super with uncapped commission!
- Reporting to the Sales Manager who has an open, relaxed and supportive management style
