Your new role:
You will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to:
- 5+ years’ experience working with in the Public Practice Sector is essential
- Proven experience managing a small team
- Eye for detail and reviewing skills
- Working hands-on with clients from a variety of industries
- Manage and develop relationship with new and existing clients
- Bank reconciliations
- Invoice Processing, matching Purchase Orders
- Supplier/Creditor and petty cash reconciliations
- Balance sheet/GL Recs
- Full function AP/AR
- Processing payments
- Monthly accrual adjustments
- Attending to queries
- Data entry
- Full function payroll
- Month end reporting
- BAS
- Administration duties
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Experience with Accounting suites
- Proficient Excel and Word skills
- Bookkeeping / Accounting qualification desired but not essential
