We have been retained exclusively to source an experienced, Senior Commercial Construction Contract Administrator with extensive experience managing both head and sub-contract outcomes (pre & post contract) across major building projects in both the private and government client space.

With a proven track record delivering projects for various government departments, our client has identified a significant period of “ongoing” project opportunities ($20M-$100M) that will see them very active for many years to come. Taking this on board, it’s now time for them to expand their team.

Success to date incorporating design & construct delivery models such as “Managing Contractor” engagements positions our client favourably for continued engagement in this space, hence we are seeking candidates who have comparable experience, ideally across defence projects.

Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, this is an office based role located in Darwin that requires candidates who are committed to relocating to the region and all that the Northern Territory has to offer.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will require either Construction Management / Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering qualifications as well as a minimum five year’s experience in comparable roles. You will clearly identify as a “doer” and not a delegator !
