Job Description

  • Established 30 Years + Reputable Contractor
  • Cost Planning D&C Projects From $10M to $500M
  • Flat Management Structure – Open Door Culture
We have been retained exclusively to source an experienced, Senior, Commercial Construction Estimator /  Cost Planner with extensive experience across major building projects in both the private and government sectors.

With a proven track record delivering projects for various government and private clients (including Defence), our client has identified a significant period of “ongoing” project opportunities up to $500M  that will provide ongoing challenges and opportunities for those who wish to operate at the top level.
Our client is very selective regarding the projects they tender, unlike others, they are not a “churn and burn contractor” and focus on markets where they hold significant strengths and capability.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will require either Construction Management / Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering qualifications as well as a minimum of five years’ experience in a comparable role. You will clearly identify as a “doer” and not a delegator!

Working very closely with the Pre-Contracts Manager and internal Q.S support, this opportunity will allow you to further expand on what no doubt has been a successful career to date.

If you believe your time and commitment to the job should provide you with the flexibility to truly enjoy and support your family when needed the this is the culture for you.

Those who are serious about a change and meet the requirements listed should reply promptly as our client is ready to engage now! Contact Paul Gay for a confidential discussion on 0415 379 586 or simply follow the prompts to submit your details for consideration.
