The role is a Senior Recruitment Consultant position working alongside one of Foundation's established Recruitment Consultants in the Accounting and Finance sector. Hit the ground running on a HOT desk that is rapidly expanding. We have real live jobs with conditioned clients and over 1600 qualified and ready to go candidates.
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience working in an agency environment preferably within the Accounting and Finance sector!
- Are driven and motivated to reach success and continue to strive for bigger goals
- Positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally
- You believe in quality, building long term relationships and maintaining the company’s reputation
- Experience with CRM’s
- Commercially savvy
