The Role
The role is a Senior Recruitment Consultant position working alongside one of Foundation's established Recruitment Consultants in the Accounting and Finance sector. Hit the ground running on a HOT desk that is rapidly expanding. We have real live jobs with conditioned clients and over 1600 qualified and ready to go candidates.
  
Key Criteria 
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience working in an agency environment preferably within the Accounting and Finance sector!
  • Are driven and motivated to reach success and continue to strive for bigger goals
  • Positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally
  • You believe in quality, building long term relationships and maintaining the company’s reputation
  • Experience with CRM’s 
  • Commercially savvy
