Job Description

We are seeking to secure a SHEQ Advisor capable of independently overseeing SHEQ across a CBD project.  Representing a high profile, national mid- tier builder, we are seeking a true professional who thrives on project safety.
 To be considered for this role you must possess qualifications in safety at a minimum certificate four level, and at least three years’ experience driving Safety on commercial construction projects in Australia for either a mid or top tier contractor.
This is a long-term role for a committed safety professional with a passion for safety compliance and the ensuring the delivery of a safe workplace for multiple stakeholders.
Our client is seeking an emerging talent in their field who will bring a Safety approach that is second to none. In return you will be provided with total commitment, ensuring your approach to Safety Management is adhered to accordingly.
 Exposure to Industrial Relations while driving safety within the current landscape will also be looked upon favourably.
Responsibilities will include;
  • Drive WHS&E procedures on this site
  • Conduct site inductions
  • Review and monitor contractors' SWMS
  • Oversee general site safety
  • Organising & be a part of Site safety meetings
  • Advise and assist site and office based staff
    on all aspects of the Company’s Safety,
    Health, Environmental and Quality
    Management Systems and procedures
