Key Skills Required -
- At minimum 4 - 6 years' recent experience in a Site Supervisors role managing 15 or more new builds concurrently (mixture of high and low sets)
- Carpentry qualification is desired however not crucial
- QBCC issued Site Supervisors license is essential
- Ability to effectively manage sub-contractors, trades and suppliers
- Proven skills to ensure projects meet program and budget
- Always have safety at the forefront of your mind and ensure site cleanliness and a positive representation of the builder’s brand
- Ability to schedule jobs accordingly within time frames using Framework
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with all key stakeholders
- Seeking a long-term careered role
