The Company
With nearly 10 years in the building industry, my client has continuously diversified and adapted to market trends. Focused on the design and construction of Lifestyle Resorts and Retirement Villages throughout Queensland, they are now seeking an additional Site Supervisor to join their Residential team. 

The Role
The successful Supervisor will be based on a single site development managing the construction of over 40 houses built in stages. Previous high volume/multi-residential experience managing 15 or more projects concurrently is a must. All scheduling prior to construction and the finance management of the project is managed by the office. 
  
Key Requirements
  • Understanding of QBCC and Australian building standards is essential
  • Trade Qualified Carpenter
  • Supervising experience of high volume/multi-residential projects is essential
  • Experience in managing multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Great rapport building and communication skills
  • Be driven and motivated to achieve the best outcome for your clients and employer
  • Desired is experience using BuilderTrend however not essential
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction of up to 15 modular homes concurrently
  • Managing and liaising with long term sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Build relationships with onsite residents – Professionalism on site is a must
  • Maintain the schedule to meet deadlines
  • Maintain budget requirements
  • Solve site issues quickly and accurately
