Job Description

With a set plan and strong focus on the future, this reputable builder are now looking to recruit a like-minded and high performing Workflow/Officer Manager who offers a strong background in working with Project/New Home Builders.

In this role you will be responsible for –
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, councils and relevant authorities throughout the progress of the build to identify and discuss any issues, complaints, changes or updates.
  • Manage client folders, contracts and other documentation as required
  • Lead the Customer Service/Construction Administration team.
To be successful in this role you will have –
  • This role will suit someone who is resilient and has strong organisation skills, can prioritise, work under pressure and be solutions focused
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role within a volume residential building environment 
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Ability to achieve deadlines 
  • Resilient personality
