Foundation Labour Hire is the trading name of Foundation Contracting Pty Ltd, providing labour hire and on‑hire workforce solutions across Australia, with a strong focus on construction, civil, infrastructure, resources, facilities and government projects.


Foundation Contracting Pty Ltd was established in 2019 as part of the broader Foundation group, which has operated in recruitment and workforce services since 2007. The introduction of Foundation Contracting reflected growing client demand for structured, project‑based labour hire services delivered with the same care, consistency and accountability the Foundation brand was already known for.


Operating under the Foundation Labour Hire trading name, the business supports private sector organisations as well as local, state and federal government, supplying skilled tradespeople, operators and labourers to meet short‑term, project‑specific and scalable workforce requirements.

While our operations are based in the Northern Territory and Queensland, Foundation Labour Hire delivers services nationally, supporting clients wherever projects require additional workforce capacity.
