Hours & Rostering
Most roles have standard operating hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday , with shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours , depending on business needs.
During peak periods, extended hours may apply.
What You’ll Be Doing
These roles are central to delivering exceptional administration and customer experiences. Duties include:
- Answering and responding to incoming calls
- Returning customer call-back requests
- Processing emails and online forms
- Providing reception and front‑counter support
