The HOTO Administrator will be responsible for administrating the takeover and handover of projects including documentation, maintenance manuals, asset and other registers as required, ensuring achievement of the desired outcome in a timely, risk controlled and cost effective manner.
- Collect and organise all required project documentation (e.g. as-builts, manuals, certificates).
- Ensure documentation meets contract handover requirements.
- Coordinate handover process with project manager and contractors.
- Confirm all tests, inspections, and approvals are completed.
- Liaise with teams and stakeholders on handover timelines
- Provide updates to the HOTO Coordinator/Manager.
- Prepare final handover reports and close-out documents.
- Keep accurate records of handover activities and resolutions.
- Resolve any handover-related issues or discrepancies.
- Record outstanding items needing completion before final handover.
- Support post-handover issue resolution.
- Relevant qualification and/or 3+ years in a construction admin role
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- High attention to detail
- Construction Induction (White Card)
- Valid driver’s licence
