Hire Administrator
A leading NT construction business is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Hire Department. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly between the sales team, accounts team, and clients. Perfect for someone with project admin experience.
- Conveniently located between Darwin and Palmerston
- Salary $75k + super (please advise if looking for a higher salary)
- Monday – Friday / Full-time position
- Support with purchase orders, invoices, and client documentation
- Liaise between sales and accounts to make sure details are correct
- Follow up with clients on quotes, POs, and compliance documents
- Attach the final approved Quote or Variations to invoicing requests
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails to the Hire Office
- Maintain and update hire schedules, booking calendars, and equipment availability records
- Previous project administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Confident communicator who is comfortable following up with clients
- Able to manage deadlines and juggle priorities
- Good computer skills (MS Office and document management)
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
