4-6 Month Landfill Project | Immediate Start | Great Hours
 
We're chasing experienced All Round Machine Operators based locally in Gladstone for a 4–6-month landfill project. Solid hours, steady work, and a good crew to work with.

About the Role You'll be operating a mix of machinery across daily landfill operations, including:

• Excavators
• Loaders
• Dozers
• Roller
• Moxy's 

This is hands‑on work where you'll jump between machines, support the ground crew, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Bulk earthworks and daily landfill operations
• Pushing, spreading, compacting and general site support
• Working to site plans and directions from supervisors
• Daily pre‑starts and safe operation of all machinery
• Assisting the team on the ground when required

What We're Looking For

• Local to Gladstone - no FIFO or DIDO
• Experience across multiple machines (excavator/loader/dozer/compactor)
• Current tickets and VOCs
• White Card
• Strong safety focus and reliability
• Able to commit to the full 4–6-month project
