We are seeking experienced All Round Civil Operators who are either DCAC‑ready or able to obtain a Defence Common Access Card . Due to the nature of the project, Australian citizenship is essential .
This is a long‑term opportunity running through the entire dry season , offering consistent hours, strong site conditions, and stable civil works with a reputable contractor.
About the Role
You'll be operating a range of civil plant across bulk earthworks, pads, pavements, and general civil activities. Work is Monday to Friday with solid weekly hours:
- 7am-5pm
- Overtime paid after 50 hours
- Ongoing work for the duration of the dry season
- Operating a mix of civil plant (excavator, loader, roller, watercart, skid steer, etc.)
- Supporting ground crews with general civil duties
- Completing daily pre‑starts and maintaining safe plant operation
- Working within Defence‑aligned safety and access protocols
- Proven experience as an All Round Civil Operator
- Ability to work across multiple machines confidently
- DCAC ready or able to obtain a DCAC
- Australian citizenship - mandatory
