We're looking for an experienced chef (Cert III Cookery or above) to cater for a remote island camp of up to 35 people , just off Darwin .
The gig:
- Catering for up to 35 staff
- Remote island location
- Access by light aircraft - must be OK flying
- FIFO-style roster (flexible)
- Lunch & dinner service
- Menu planning, ordering & kitchen management
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
- Experience in remote, FIFO or sole-chef roles
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong food safety & organisation skills
- Physically fit
- All transport, accommodation & meals provided
