Foundation Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our trusted client in their Adelaide office and take the lead in estimating for the SA region.

What’s on offer
- Competitive base salary in the range of $150k–200k + super + car (depending on experience)
- Full-time role, with some flexibility during tender peaks
- Based in Adelaide, working closely with our Operations Manager, QS and Admin team locally, plus support from a wider national estimating team
- Lead civil estimating for nationwide projects, with a focus on South Australia.
- Prepare estimates and tenders across roads, pavements, earthworks, stormwater and services
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure accurate, competitive submissions
- Support the Operations Manager with business development activities to help grow our SA pipeline
- 5–10 years’ civil estimating experience (roads, pavements, services, stormwater, earthworks)
- Previous site engineering experience is highly regarded
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team remotely
- Benchmark estimating software experience is desirable (not essential)
- Defence project estimating experience is an advantage, but not required
