We are seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join a well-established civil contractor working on major Defence projects. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a reputable company, competitive rates, and the chance to contribute to nationally significant infrastructure.
About the Role
- General civil labouring on Defence infrastructure projects
- Assisting with the installation of underground services, drainage and stormwater
- Working alongside operators, pipelayers and civil crews
- Manual handling and use of hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean, safe and productive worksite
- Following all site safety procedures and quality standards
- Approximately 50 hours per week , with ongoing work available
- Previous experience in civil construction
- Experience working around underground services, drainage or road construction
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must have a clean National Police Check (or be able to obtain one) due to the security requirements of Defence projects
- Ability to meet Defence site access requirements

- Experience working on Defence or government infrastructure projects
- Existing Defence Security Clearance
- Competitive hourly rates with penalties paid
