- Demonstrate leadership and foster a collaborative project culture
- Senior-level expertise on major civil projects
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and management principles
- Proficiency in project programming and contract administration
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
