We have been retained exclusively to represent a well‑established principal contractor with a strong track record over 50 years, delivering major civil, infrastructure and Defence projects, particularly across remote Australia. They have a strong reputation for complex remote construction, long-term employee retention and career development.
The role will initially be FIFO to regional WA, with future opportunities across other NT projects.

We are seeking a driven and experienced supervisor with a solid background in civil or infrastructure construction.
Essential requirements:
- Experience on remote NT or regional infrastructure projects (e.g. major road upgrades)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Supervisor or Civil Supervisor role
- Proven experience supervising site teams and subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, safety systems and industry standards
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
- Availability and willingness to work FIFO and remote rosters
- Proven ability to work effectively in camp‑based FIFO environments
