We have been retained exclusively to represent a well‑established principal contractor with a strong track record delivering complex civil and infrastructure projects across government, defence and private sectors throughout the Northern Territory.
The role will initially be FIFO to the Alice Springs region, with future opportunities across other NT projects.

We are seeking a driven and experienced supervisor with a solid background in civil or infrastructure construction.
Essential requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Supervisor or Civil Supervisor role
- Proven experience supervising site teams and subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, safety systems and industry standards
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
- Availability and willingness to work FIFO and remote rosters
- Experience on remote NT or regional infrastructure projects (e.g. major road upgrades)
- Proven ability to work effectively in camp‑based FIFO environments
