A Huge opportunity has opened up for a Commercial Lead to join a well-respected infrastructure and commercial advisory firm that is delivering strategic QS and commercial advisory services for Major developments across Australia.
The key projects are Darwin-based; you would be working as part of their Independent Financial Auditor (IFA) team on a landmark Darwin infrastructure project ($500mil).
Base salary is negotiable to secure the right person, typically we are looking at $250k–$280k plus very attractive performance incentives, and equity pathway available. All can be discussed.
This is a commercially accountable leadership position with real authority across delivery, client management, & revenue growth
You would act as the senior commercial authority for Darwin, leading major infrastructure advisory engagements, fronting clients, and producing structured, defensible commercial reports. The role will enable you to contribute meaningfully to revenue growth over the next 2 years.
They are building Darwin into a scalable infrastructure advisory arm, so experience leading delivery, protecting margin, & contributing to the pipeline is highly valued.

- Commercial Authority - Lead high-stakes infrastructure advisory engagements

- Senior commercial leadership on infrastructure projects
- Experience writing and defending high-value commercial reports
- Demonstrated track record in winning or growing client work
- Understanding of both contractor and advisory environments (IFA) work
