About the Role
- Oversee multiple commercial and civil projects across the Northern Territory.
- Coordinate with the in-house precast factory and support site teams.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Solid experience in construction supervision or management.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Practical understanding of construction processes (precast experience beneficial but not essential).
