As Construction Supervisor for the Alice Springs region, you are responsible for coordinating the Alice Springs operations team to ensure that operations and installation functions are delivered in an efficient and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production and assembly of modular buildings
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site activities
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Maintain strong focus on WHS compliance
- Report progress and manage workflow
- Proven experience in construction supervision
- Experience with modular or prefabricated builds (highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
