As our next Consultant / Resourcer , you'll be the talent detective, candidate whisperer, and all-around people magician. Your days will be filled with:
- Stalking (uh, sourcing ) awesome candidates on job boards, socials, and the occasional referral rabbit hole.
- Chatting on the phone and Zoom like a pro to screen skills, experience & all the vibe checks.
- Becoming besties with candidates so you really get what they want in their next role.
- Tag-teaming with our account managers to find the perfect match for our clients.
- Keeping a spicy talent pipeline full and ready for action.
- Securing job orders with new client's when the opportunity presents
- A background in sales (you love the thrill of the chase).
