About the Role
As the Contracts Administrator, you'll be a key member of the project delivery team, responsible for managing the financial and contractual components across a range of construction and infrastructure projects. Your work will span procurement, cost control, reporting, and contract management to support successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Manage procurement schedules, variations, progress claims, and payment processes
- Deliver accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and budget support to the Project Manager
- Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contract obligations, legislative requirements, and company policies
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator within civil or construction environments
- Strong commercial acumen and solid understanding of contract law
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment
