Our client, a leading provider of landscape maintenance and property services to major Corporate, Government, Utilities and Commercial clients across Australia, is on a mission to further expand their influence in their current and new markets.

This growth presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled industry professional to step in as a Contracts Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager - Operations. The role offers potential for expanded responsibilities and career growth, with the company placing high value on professional development.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills and meet the following requirements:
  • Ideally qualified (or extensive experience) in Horticulture and or Turf Management
  • Experienced enough to be able to work autonomously 
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to foster and maintain client relationships
  • Estimating and quoting/pricing experience for large scale landscape, horticulture, mowing maintenance contracts.
  • Technical experience with associated plant and equipment.
  • Leadership Skills -  ability to bring the best out of the team.
  • Able to make decisions on the spot and always have an eye on the business' commercial requirements.
  • Technology savvy and happy to embrace the systems
  • Focus on clients' expectations with the objective of "getting it right the first time!"
  • Australian driver's license
  • Flexible to do some interstate travel (occasional meetings)
