We are now seeking entry‑level operators who are reliable, safety‑minded, and keen to learn. Full training is provided — you just need the right attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on role where you'll learn how to safely operate and monitor plant equipment, support daily production, and contribute to environmentally responsible waste‑processing operations.
Perfect for someone wanting to build a long‑term career in industrial operations, recycling, or process plant work.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment (training provided)
- Complete basic inspections , checks, and simple troubleshooting
- Keep accurate production and maintenance records
- Follow all WHS and environmental procedures
- Work as part of a supportive team to keep the plant running smoothly
- Assist with general plant duties and process improvements
What You Need
- A strong work ethic , reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work in an industrial environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Own vehicle and transport
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work
- Ability to work a 7/7 roster (home every night)
Highly Regarded (but not essential)
- Forklift , Working at Heights , or Confined Space tickets
- Any exposure to industrial, mechanical, or labouring environments
- Interest in waste management, recycling, or process operations
