Are you an experienced plant operator looking for your next opportunity in the Top End? We are seeking skilled Grader and Excavator Operators
to join our growing civil construction team based in Darwin, NT
. We have long term on-going work within Defence, Civil and Mining. The options are endless!
About the Role:
- Full-time, ongoing work on diverse civil projects across the Darwin region.
- Operate modern equipment including graders (final trim preferred) and excavators (up to 30T).
- Work alongside a supportive crew with a strong safety-first culture.
- Proven experience operating graders and/or excavators in civil construction.
- Current HR Driver’s Licence and relevant plant tickets.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
- Final trim skills highly regarded (Topcon & Trimble)
- Competitive hourly rates + penalties.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role and industries
- Required licenses/trade certificates
- Ability to complete a Police Check, Pre-Employment medical, and Security Clearance (for certain roles)
