In partnership with our client, we are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Attendants
to join the team at Robertson Barracks.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this is a casual
role which will see you perform hospitality and catering duties in the Mess and Bar areas and ensure efficient service delivery and exceptional customer experiences. You must have the flexibility to work between the hours of 6am - 8:00pm, Monday - Sunday.
About the Role
- Support the Hospitality and Catering team by consistently delivering a friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers.
- Clean, sanitise and maintain equipment, furniture and premises, ensuring all required repairs and maintenance are reported.
- Ensure all meals are processed in the meal pass system, all cash is handled and banked in line with Company and Client protocols, and any suspicious behaviour is immediately reported.
- Assist with basic food preparation, as requested by the Head Chef.
