Are you a skilled operator with a sharp eye for precision and a passion for earthworks? We're looking for an experienced Final Trim Grader and Excavator Operator
to join our team on a range of exciting civil and infrastructure projects for FIFO and local works.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for operating final trim graders and/or excavators to exacting tolerances. Working alongside a professional crew, you'll help deliver high-quality results across subdivisions, roads, drainage, and other civil works.
Responsibilities:
- Final trim work to millimetre accuracy (GPS)
- Operating excavators and/or graders safely and efficiently
- Reading and interpreting plans and levels
- Daily machine checks and maintenance
- Working to site safety and quality standards
- Minimum 2 years of final trim experience
- Competency with GPS/Laser systems (Trimble preferred)
- Current tickets/licences (Excavator, Grader, White Card, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
