Key Responsibilities
- Operate graders, bulldozers, and excavators to required specifications
- Perform final trim grading with precision and accuracy - Topcon/UTS/GPS is ideal
- Conduct bulk earthworks, trenching, and detailed excavation
- Adhere to site safety protocols and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew to meet project deadlines
- Proven experience operating graders, bulldozers, or excavators in civil construction
- Final Trim Grader experience highly regarded
- Current tickets, licences, and VOCs
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work on FIFO roster from Brisbane
- FIFO flights from Brisbane to Roma
